History Meeting House (DSH) was founded in 2005 on the initiative of the KARTA Centre. It has been conducting activities as a cultural institution of the capital city of Warsaw since 2006. DSH is concerned closely with the history of Poland and Central-Eastern Europe in the 20th century. Its main focus is on the past of the capital city of Warsaw and the history of its inhabitants. It hosts exhibitions in its two interior galleries and on a nearby square. Moreover, DSH runs diverse educational projects (also international ones) and organizes cycles of meetings, film screenings, publishing promotions, discussions, seminars, or conferences.
The DSH Exhibitions is an application which provides access to the digital audio-visual resources attached to the History Meeting House exposition. It was developed primarily to present additional contents to visitors using the Augmented Reality system
