Background info

iCoach is an original and tailored to customer’s needs application which supports the work of Sales Development Representatives. Thanks to it, the customer has the possibility to collect all the information in one place, which has made it much easier for them to manage sales, employees and allowed for better strategic planning of the department. The main task of the application is to allow for an interim evaluation of employees.

Note from Rafal – our Developer

The biggest challenge in this project was the synchronization of the application with systems previously used by the customer and SalesForce. The criterion was the safety of the data already collected.

An important functional requirement was the possibility to work offline. To achieve this, we created a complicated synchronization mechanism. From now on, system administrators (management) do not have to worry about losing Internet connection or working from home.
